Job description

A fast-growing company providing employee volunteering, CSR, and ESG management services is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The company is offering their services to corporations, foundations, governments, non-profits, and employees in over 85+ countries. Job Responsibilities:

  • Successfully deploy code to production with a high level of automation, code coverage, and monitoring
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide them through standard software development practices
  • Ensure top quality code; practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment
  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot and upgrade the application
  • Display leadership qualities with an ability to take ownership of technical projects and processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Must have expertise in React and NextJS
  • Ability to solve complex challenges and arrive at solutions
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
