Job description

A fast-growing company that is helping leading brands, corporations, and content creators engage audiences around the world, is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be using best engineering practices for design, development, testing, deployment, and operations. The US-based studio enables businesses and individuals to leverage their best-in-class workflow management tools and skilled professionals to tailor solutions to meet any budget, timeline, and scope of work. Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement new features and enhance the existing ones
  • Write clean, efficient code based on product specifications and take part in all phases of quality assurance and defect resolution
  • Create reusable components that are used throughout the product 
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and keep them running
  • Collaboration with other software engineers, partner teams, business analysts, and product owners is essential

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Expertise in cross-platform desktop development for MacOS and Windows
  • Expertise in building and configuring embedded Linux systems and drivers
  • Must have expertise in C, C++, QT Widgets, and QML
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS
  • Experience with Ubuntu (Linux), Linux device drivers, Development Tools, Visual Studio, Pycharm, QtCreator Protocol, Qml Boost, STL, WebSockets, and SQL is required
  • Knowledge of the Gstreamer framework is a plus
  • Expertise in project management and version control systems
  • Jira, Github, Subversion, Git is nice to have
  • Project build systems like CMake and Qmake
  • Intermediate English level is a must
