Job description

An emerging company on a mission to reduce internal and external fragmentation while also building a sustainable community and expanding innovative opportunities is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The selected candidate will be in charge of interacting with the technical leadership, understanding their requirements, and executing them efficiently. The company leverages the power of technology to manage daily operations within project financials, project management, and construction administration. Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a key driver of creating new features for users
  • Apply effective JavaScript programming skills for front-end applications
  • Design and architect new systems, with a particular focus on crafting a beautiful and performant user experience
  • Influence product strategy and the roadmap by working closely with the existing team members
  • Lead and mentor front-end developers, participate in code reviews and act as a point of contact for architecture and cross-team initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a front-end engineer
  • Understanding and improving solutions as well as the ability to think logically and find answers to encountered programming challenges
  • Understanding of design patterns
  • Organization and remote work experience, including JIRA and GIT usage (branching)
  • PHP 7.x / 8.x knowledge is required
  • Understanding of design patterns with good Laravel and VueJS expertise 
  • Database expertise is required (MySQL and MongoDB)
  • KonDocker knowledge is advantageous
  • Creating REST APIs is a plus
  • Authentication and authorization experience across multiple systems, servers, and settings
  • Solid English communication skills (reading and writing)
  • Sockets, RabbitMQ, and Microservices experience
  • Excellent communication skills
