Job description

A US-based company dedicated to building an autonomous routing and dispatching software that allows for the ideal last-mile delivery experience is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The selected candidate will be in charge of developing a modern and highly responsive web-based user interface. The company uses AI-based technology to improve the fleet efficiency and provide exceptional customer service for last-mile operations. They have raised $70mn+ during their Series C round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end development of efficient and intuitive front-end applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional members like product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver efficient digital solutions
  • Understand clients’ technical leadership to define requirements and execution process
  • Utilize a wide range of systems and technologies for resolving end-to-end problems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Front-end developer
  • Must possess professional experience of working with React or Redux
  • A thorough understanding of technologies like Node.js and Express.js is preferred
  • Should be capable of working on database technologies like MongoDB
  • Knowledge of working with Postgres is highly recommended
  • Should possess knowledge of utilizing Web Components and/or Polymer
  • Expertise in designing front-end interfaces using Figma is recommended
