Job description

A fast-growing health technology company that has developed an app that offers cost-effective, evidence-based, and personalized mental health support, is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for architecting and building scalable applications and new features for the existing systems. The platform does a great job of providing discrete and consistent care for people in need of mental health support. This role offers a great chance for the selected candidate to constantly iterate, solve problems, and work together to build high-value products.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate software requirements into stable, working, high-performance software
  • Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
  • Design and develop scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant front-end engineering experience
  • Extensive experience building React Native applications
  • Proficiency with Typescript and Node.js
  • Knowledge of modern front-end development methodologies
