Job description

An exclusive platform for GCs of major venture capital funds and high-growth technology businesses, is looking for a Front-end Engineer. The selected candidate will be tasked with building highly performant and scalable web applications. The company helps executives succeed in their careers by connecting them to highly curated education, mentorship, and support systems. This role requires a 4 hours overlap with the PST time zone and will be a full-time position.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain new features for the company’s core platform
  • Mentor and guide team members on industry’s best practices
  • Document plan and features for other members of the team to use
  • Build scalable, efficient, and well-documented stacks

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4-5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Help in transitioning from the existing codebase written in Meteor to NextJS/GraphQL/Django
  • Extensive working knowledge of React and Grid systems (Bootstrap, Material-UI)
  • Familiarity with NextJS and GraphQL
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and conversational
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
