Job description

A US-based company that designs and develops a well-thought-out toolkit for capital productivity is looking to hire a Front-End Engineer. The engineer will work actively to bring front-end engineering to the forefront of product development and decision-making. The company is committed to transforming how CFOs and finance teams access software and services. The selected candidate will work full-time in a long-term role to develop scalable solutions for delivering flexible new features faster. This position requires a time overlap with the Eastern time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create advanced user interfaces including delightful, performant graphs and data visualizations
  • Develop and analyze automation tooling to ensure coding standards are of the highest quality
  • Ensure the delivery of bug-free code, run tests, publish documentation, and streamline processes 
  • Collaborate with the product/design teams to ensure users have incredibly intuitive and functional interfaces
  • Be responsible for the engineering quality and execution decisions to increase customer value at a high-velocity

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant front-end engineering experience
  • Must have experience with documentation tooling such as Compodoc/Storybook
  • Proficiency with Angular and Unit testing
  • Demonstrable skills with D3.js and building scalable features
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
