Job description

A well-established firm that is helping small businesses to deliver services and get more business in an organized manner, is looking for a Front-end Engineer. The developer will contribute to establishing best practices around the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of all aspects of the platform. The company's next-gen technology integrates CRM, marketing and sales automation, and payment processing into a single platform to help businesses achieve long-term success. So far, the company has managed to secure funding worth more than $200mn. This is an exciting opportunity for developers to work with a core team of experienced software engineers.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with a highly collaborative cross-functional team of designers, developers, product managers, and quality engineers
Build and run highly-scalable services and deliver an amazing user experience
Proactively research best practices in development, keep up with online trends and strive to find new/inventive techniques
Maintain high standards for the technology built and operated by the existing team

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 6-15+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
At least 5+ years of recent experience working as a full-stack or front-end engineer
2-3+ years of experience working with Vue.js
Experience one of the following testing frameworks; Mocha, Jest, etc.
Proficient with secure coding best practices
Advance coding skills and programming knowledge
Experience building robust, highly scalable back-end systems
Nice to have some experience working with Git/GitHub, Maven, Gradle, JIRA, Confluence, and CircleCI
Experience developing under Agile, SCRUM, or similar iterative unified processes is desirable
A strong understanding of security best practices is nice to have
Demonstrable experience with GitHub / Stackoverflow and open source or personal projects is a plus
