Job description

A US-based company using natural language processing and AI-centered technologies to improve people's search experience is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The developer will be responsible for combining technology and design to create inviting, easy-to-use websites for consumers. The company dedicates itself to improving the search experience for consumers, marketers, and e-commerce sites. This is an exciting opportunity for the developers to join a team of experts utilizing advanced technology to execute big ideas.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build front-end experiences using modern frameworks like React
  • Collaborate with other software engineers, designers, and product owners to build an interactive AI system
  • Regularly contribute innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to improve the platform
  • Work with product owners to develop the overall look and design of a website
  • Write website code with programming languages such as HTML and JavaScript
  • Produce, maintain and modify websites and user interfaces
  • Incorporate SEO optimization, images, and product details
  • Create tools that enhance the user’s website experience
  • Ensure that the websites are accessible across many platforms and devices
  • Routinely test the websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors
  • Fix any website issues or bugs that arise

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Extensive experience working with React, Next.js, and SEO
  • Prolific knowledge of CSS, REST API, and Node.js
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
