Front-End Engineer

A rapidly growing company using AI technology to provide comprehensive, predictive chemistry solutions to users, enabling them to scale up organically, is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The developer will be collaborating with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to design and develop applications and platforms. The company's top-notch technology aids firms in reducing lab cost per sale, increasing customer responsiveness and speeding up new product development time and revenue. So far, the company has managed to raise funding worth $8.5 mn+. This will be a full-time, long-term role that requires an overlap with the CET time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management and Development team members on technical design
• Deliver compelling and creative technical solutions 
• Participate in all aspects of implementation for features: from design to development, deployment to production, to support and maintenance
• Decompose existing software systems while working and influencing others to improve 
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive testing coverage   
• Contribute to troubleshooting and technical support of the product
• Be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• 1+ years of UI development experience
• Prolific experience working with Typescript, Angular, and CSS abstraction layers (e.g., SASS or JSS)
• Nice to have some understanding of Java, Selenium, and Git
• In-depth knowledge of BEM Methodology is desirable
• Attention to detail and ownership of outcomes
• Excellent collaboration and English communication skills
