Front-End Engineer

A U.S.-based company that is building the next generation of clinical decision support platforms and solutions is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be collaborating with developers to design functional unit tests wherever appropriate. The company’s product supports physicians and nurses at the point of care in making the best decision possible for the individual patient they are seeing. The company has managed to securely raise more than $4.8mn during their Seed round of funding. This will be a long-term, full-time position requiring 4+ hours of overlap with the PST time zone. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Take the company’s product to the next level of usability and effectiveness for numerous hospital clients
• Build an efficient dashboard for the healthcare system
• Work with a great engineering team to solve complex problems 
• Strike a balance between short-term value and long-term quality

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• Demonstrable experience working with Ruby on Rails, React, CSS, and JavaScript
• Nice to have some knowledge of React Native and React Flow
• Prior experience working with canvas-like and low-code/no-code technologies
• Excellent English communication skills, both conversational and written
