Job description

A U.S.-based company active in the education sector is looking for a Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a record of technical papers, including testing, analytics, and troubleshooting. The company has built a teacher-student relationship management software to facilitate student support by providing a set of free tools for teachers. The company has managed to raise close to $2 mn in funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify the bottlenecks and improve the software efficiency
  • Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve services focusing on performance, scalability, and resilience
  • Build highly responsive, intuitive, and quality experiences that will delight customers and set a high standard

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Proficiency in React and Vue.js
  • Experienced in designing and developing modern web applications
  • Proficiency in English
