Job description

A U.S.-based company on a mission to make it easier for customers to use blockchains and build world-class cloud computing experiences is looking for a Front-End Developer. The developer will be tasked with building a seamless front-end experience while working in close collaboration with the existing team of developers. The company is operating in stealth mode currently and is on a mission to build world-class Fintech solutions that will have an impact on millions of people worldwide. Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a reactive front-end for the company’s platform 
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to build, test, and monitor customer experiences 
  • Modify the front-end dev-tooling experience, including a code editor, monitoring, and deployment experiences
  • Deploy blockchain architectures and data models to build a cohesive developer experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer 
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience contributing to architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of a large front-end/user experience project 
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers 
  • Expert problem solver, including developing and implementing novel algorithms for complex technical problems
  • Passionate about building developer tooling front-ends
  • Expertise in multiple front-end programming languages such as JavaScript, React, Typescript, HTML/CSS, etc.
  • Demonstrable expertise in one or more front-end frameworks such as React component libraries, Vue, Redux, and Angular
  • Prior experience in writing design documentation and leading technical discussions and reviews
  • Experience setting engineering standards, including coding and code review guidelines, building systems, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes
  • Experience working on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
  • Full-stack expertise in building back-end and APIs is a plus
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
