Job description

A U.S.-based company that is making it easier to set up online gaming tournaments by tapping into the power of technology, is looking for a Front-End Developer. The developer will be contributing to the existing product and building new features while maintaining existing ones. The company is determined to become the industry leader by integrating social gaming, match automation, and blockchain payment technology. The company has managed to secure $18mn+in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with design and product teams to comprehend UI requirements
  • Work closely with back-end developers to create end-to-end solutions
  • Develop in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party libraries or frameworks like React
  • Troubleshoot technical support for production features involving UI/front-end

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer 
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience building production-level ReactJS applications
  • At least 5+ years of experience designing and implementing user-friendly front-end experiences
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in JavaScript and software engineering 
  • Familiarity with consuming GraphQL APIs
  • Solid understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Eagerness to build intuitive and high-performing applications
  • Experience with web3js, ethers.js, or metamask sdk is a plus
  • Proper time management and ability to give accurate estimates on tasks
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
