Job description

A fast-growing company building a robust platform that offers excellent AI technology and business consulting services to customers is looking for a Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be expected to participate in daily standup meetings and perform code reviews. The company's end-to-end technology evaluation platform intends to make the software selection more efficient for businesses. The company has raised $4mn+ during their Seed round of funding. This will be a full-time position requiring at least 4 to 6 hours of overlap with the PST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute on sprint tickets that outline specific requirements
  • Build UI features to meet the requirements
  • Build, test, and maintain features on a web application built using React/Redux
  • Develop and maintain unit test and integration test suites
  • Analyze application performance and optimize
  • Participate in backlog refinements as needed to help figure out the technical aspects
  • Participate in architecture design and review as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with JavaScript, React.js, Redux, and AWS
  • Familiarity with Python, Django, Flask, and FastAPI is nice to have
  • Prior experience with DevOps, CircleCI, and Docker is desirable
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
