Job description

A US-based comprehensive EdTech company that is enabling users to stream specialist lectures, connect with peers, and discover mentors, is looking for a Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of building elegant user-facing features and optimizing the platform for faster execution. The company is developing an efficient platform to help users gain access to on-demand classes from global leaders. This is a great opportunity for developers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Using a high level of automation, code coverage, and monitoring, successfully push code to production
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide them through standard software development practices
  • Ensure top quality code, practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment
  • To debug and improve the application, take a holistic, test-oriented approach
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and the capacity to take charge of technical projects and processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • Must have expertise in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
  • Ability to solve complex challenges and arrive at scalable solutions
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
