Job description

A fast-growing fintech startup that offers payment and financing tools for the construction industry is looking for a Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be working with a team of highly skilled and talented professionals. As a developer, you’ll be responsible for building front-end architectures and applications. The company is focused on transforming how contractors and materials suppliers work together. It has managed to raise a funding of more than $4 mn so far. This is a full-time and long-term opportunity for those who want to work with a fast-scaling startup.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop captivating software components using the latest techniques
  • Build future-proof systems that perform at scale. 
  • Develop front-end architectures and applications. 
  • Engage in the entire software development product lifecycle as part of a cross-functional, agile team 
  • Work with the design team and product to develop the initial iterations of web application 
  • Mentor and guide team members on appropriate development practices  
  • Work with the team to create test strategies by writing unit, end-to-end, and integration tests 
  • Operate closely with various departments such as the Engineering, Product, and Design teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of production engineering experience 
  • 4+ years of experience with React.js with Mobx/Redux
  • 2+ years of experience with React Native and Node.js
  • 3+ years of experience with TypeScript
  • Experience working in Fintech, Banking would be preferred
  • Experience with MERN stack and AWS would be a plus
