Job description

A leading company that is reimagining higher education by providing consultation services to help students gain access to universities of their choice, is looking for a Front-End Developer. The developer will be partnering closely with the talented design team to help translate the visual design of a feature to the browser. As one of the world's fastest-growing edtech organization, the company fosters collaboration with some of the brightest minds in the industry and are backed by top VC firms as well as investors. This will be a full-time position requiring an overlap with the PST/EST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, modify and test engaging, consumer-facing web experiences
  • Collaborate closely with business and design teams to scope and deliver valuable projects on time
  • Work with design, digital marketing, and content teams to create and optimize landing pages
  • Proactively look for opportunities to build value in the codebase: set standards, build tools, and automate jobs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • Extensive experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Comfortable working with the command line and Git
  • Prior experience working with InVision and Figma
  • Some React, VueJS, or AngularJS experience is nice to have
  • Nice to have some Webflow experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
