Job description

A fast-growing company building an efficient and interactive live-streaming platform for education is looking for a Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be part of the founding team and be responsible for iterating and improving on product experiences based on feedback and user data. The company is backed by top-tier venture capital firms in the consumer and marketplace space and is building an inclusive team of kind and ambitious engineers, designers, educators, and more. Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the product front-end, ensuring simplicity and reliability
  • Collaborate closely with the designer to deliver delightful product experiences
  • Empower instructors to scale their income and impact
  • Establish frameworks, UI standards, and front-end development practices across the company

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • 2+ years of relevant React.js experience
  • Expertise with HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and Redux
  • Prior experience and passion to develop elegant front-end consumer-facing experiences
  • Great managing and communication skills
