Job description

A rapidly-growing platform that assists employees in retaining workplace learning while providing businesses with relevant data that influences business decisions, is looking for a Front-end Developer. The selected candidate must possess exceptional problem-solving skills and must lead with initiative. The company's cutting-edge technology and analytical solutions assist employers in identifying key areas where employees struggle, removing the guesswork from the onboarding and management process. During their Series A round, the company managed to raise more than $16mn in funding. This will be a full-time position that requires some overlap with the CST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, documented, robust, and well-tested code
  • Design and build low-latency, reliable, and highly performant applications
  • Build beautiful and elegant UI interfaces that elevate the user experience
  • Evaluate and articulate end-to-end designs for strengths and areas of improvement
  • Strike the balance between short-term value and long-term quality

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Front-end Developer
  • Extensive experience and skills with React, React Native, and TypeScript
  • Prior experience with MobX is nice to have
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent collaboration and documentation skills
