Job description

A US-based comprehensive data management, automation, and operations platform is looking for a Front-End Developer. The developer will be responsible for building the next-generation synchronization platform in a fast-paced environment. The company's latest technology is designed for operation pros to unlock productivity and develop their business faster without relying on code to automate data. The company has managed to raise funding worth $23.5 mn+ during their Series A round. This will be a full-time, long-term role requiring more than 8+ hours overlap with the PST time zone.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a world-class high performant, and responsive UI
  • Work closely with our product, UX design, and back-end teams to develop exciting features and highly scalable applications
  • Design and develop reusable and responsive components that are modern browser compatible
  • Write unit and functional automation tests and perform code reviews ensuring the best code quality
  • Take responsibility for troubleshooting and appropriately fixing bugs 
  • Boost the UI for quality performance and efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of overall experience in web application design and development
  • 3+ years of front-end (UI) development experience
  • Demonstrable skills with React and Redux
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Typescript, Testing library, Node.js, and Express
  • Proficient with modern UI libraries and frameworks
  • Relevant experience with REST APIs and Git/GitHub for version control
  • Hands-on skills in Webpack, Babel, ES6+ and Cypress/Selenium is nice to have
  • Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Single Page Applications (SPA) is desirable
  • Nice to have some knowledge of JavaScript and HTML advanced features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
