Job description

A U.S.-based child development organization that offers early education and educational services to help children develop intellectually, socially, and cognitively, is looking for a Front-End Developer. The developer will design, develop, and maintain the platform’s customer-facing features to drive engagement and bolster growth. The company aims to abet well-rounded child development by offering interactive, hands-on, and fun activities at its many centers across the U.S. This opportunity is ideal for developers looking to work autonomously and drive impactful, albeit fun projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Understand user feedback to design and develop highly-responsive front-end features
Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm new ideas and product features
Establish a clear line of communication with the back-end team to ensure cohesiveness
Follow company and industry best practices and follow set standards
Write clean and effective code that can be reused by others

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Front-End Developer
Proficient in React, CSS, and JavaScript
Expertise in Node.js and HTML would be a plus
Ability to collaborate and work independently
Great command over English communication
