Job description

A U.S.-based company that is creating effective software that enables brokers to look up information from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) systems, is looking for a Front-End Developer. The developer will be responsible for making critical front-end design decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The company is developing powerful CRM and automated marketing solutions to help realtors in fostering relationships and generating sales. The company has managed to secure $1.8mn+ during their Series A round of funding.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in design and code reviews, as well as mentor other members of the team
Establish project requirements and develop work schedules for the team
Assist in maintaining code quality, organization, automation, and continuous delivery
Communicate development progress or roadblocks to the product lead, engineering manager, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
Prolific experience working with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical skills
Fluent in spoken and written English communication skills
