Job description

The selected candidate will be responsible for grouping the data sets, compiling the relevant data, and incorporating the required reports and dashboards. The company provides predictions powered by AI for members that minimize risk and stop-loss premiums for employers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Sort through the data sets and compile the apt data
  • Integrate all required reports and dashboards
  • Evaluate data, and analyze results using statistical techniques to deliver ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, etc. to optimize statistical performance
  • Recognize, analyze, and describe complex data set trends and patterns
  • Screen and cleanse data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to find and fix code problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize business and information needs
  • Establish and explain new process improvement possibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data analyst
  • Experience with Postgres, Redshift, and SQL 
  • Knowledge of Quicksight and PowerBI
  • Familiarity with AWS & Azure
  • Report building experience
  • US Healthcare experience is nice to have
  • Proficiency in English
