Job description

A U.S.-based company that is providing state-of-the-art enterprise supply chain and commerce platforms is looking for a Data Analyst. The selected candidate will be in charge of informing key stakeholders about the outcomes and business effects of team efforts. The company is helping businesses bring visibility to their assets by allowing organizations to see into their supply chains and work with them intuitively, efficiently, and profitably. Job Responsibilities:

  • Discover and apply cutting-edge analytical techniques, models, and tools to make important business decisions
  • Provide insights from data and analytical models
  • Reach out to both technical and non-technical audiences and make a good contribution to the community
  • Support data utilization, enhance large volume data infrastructure by automating data processing procedures, and address data problems in collaboration with diverse teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data analyst
  • Prior experience working with analytic tools 
  • Extensive experience writing solid code in programming languages like SQL, R, or Python
  • Working knowledge of data warehouses and pipelines (snowflake) 
  • Solid understanding of transformation tools like Alteryx
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working with statistics, including hypothesis testing, regressions, etc.
  • Strong background in interpreting and effectively communicating information utilizing tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines
  • Collaboration skills in project delivery teams 
  • Knowledge in creating analytical tools to meet business goals
  • Being familiar with analytical services in cloud environments like Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus
  • Possess a curiosity and a love for problem-solving
  • Fluent in written and spoken English communication
