The engineer will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. The company is creating a platform where web3 developers can compete for prizes and on-chain credentials by solving code challenges. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who are eager to handle challenging tasks and take initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

Create the core smart contracts that will power the organization across numerous chains
Provide challenges and puzzles for developers to solve
Ensure that the completed projects meet and exceed campaign goals
Collaborate directly with a small team and assume responsibility for significant projects right away

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Extensive experience working with Blockchain technologies
Must possess a collaborative spirit
Fluent in spoken and written English
