Job description

A rapidly-growing startup that is devoted to enabling customers with less technical knowledge to fully utilize the potential of AI-driven workflows and one-time-use applications, is looking for an AI Engineer. The engineer will work with a gifted and enthusiastic team of professionals and have a significant impact on the development of AI. The company is enabling businesses to combine AI models, marketing APIs, and data sources to build specialized, cross-functional workflows to handle a range of tasks. This position requires a significant overlap with the CST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build the AI workflow platform and promote technical excellence across the entire enterprise
  • Design and execute new features and capabilities in close collaboration with the Lead AI Engineer and cross-functional teams
  • Create a culture of ongoing learning and development, and aid in team growth
  • Use thorough testing and CI/CD procedures to quickly gain insight into the platform's anticipated quality and dependability
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and deploy new features and capabilities, including product, UI/UX, and business development
  • Have a good working relationship with the Lead AI Engineer and the Head of Product while promoting a culture of ongoing learning and development
  • Provide high-quality products that satisfy client needs by working together with the product and design teams
  • Keep up with the most recent developments in software engineering and artificial intelligence

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as an AI Engineer
  • Extensive experience working with Machine Learning and CI/CD technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and other programming languages
  • Prior experience working with cloud computing technologies and Amazon, Azure, or GCP
  • Must possess a passion for learning about AI and machine learning
  • Preferable to have some experience producing profitable products while working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
  • Nice to have prior software engineering internships and experience
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
