Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new features at large scale
  • Design, develop and improve viewer APIs and viewer technologies using Three.js
  • Contribute in shaping product functionality by improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes

  • Take ownership of creating high-quality code and take care of the design, development, and bug fixing
  • Write and execute unit tests to improve and maintain code quality

  • Make sure to adhere to development goals and principles
  • Deliver best software functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Ensure project delivery to schedule and timelines

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in software/game development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Strong understanding of Three.js, ES5, and ES6 concepts

  • Proficient with mobile web standards, cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

  • Knowledge of Unity or Unreal game engines
  • Concept of continuous integration and automated deployment systems
  • Familiarity with Node.js ecosystem and JavaScript physics libraries (Ammo. js, Box2D JS, etc.)
