Job responsibilities

  • Participate in all stages of software development including planning, design, development, execution of end-to-end web architecture as well as maintenance, and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Contribute to creating scalable, reusable, robust, and maintainable code

  • Assist project owners in identifying performance bottlenecks and participate in resolving system limitations
  • Participation in discussions and sharing views on creating and improving application architecture and the development processes

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Proficient with one or more front-end programming languages, like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

  • Proficient with one or more front-end programming languages, like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Well-versed with multiple back-end programming languages, including Java, Python, Golang, Ruby, PHP, etc
  • Expertise with the libraries & frameworks, including jQuery, React, Node.js, Vue.js, AngularJS, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with UI and UX design, WordPress, Spark
  • Sound knowledge of DBMS such as MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, etc.
  • Proficient in building CI/CD pipelines
  • Fluency in English for effortless collaboration
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge working with Lambda, DynamoDB, SQL, and ElasticSearch
  • Understanding of codebases and version control systems (Git)
  • Familiar with algorithms, data structures, and space-time complexity
