Job description

An emerging AI company building a new category of software & robotics products that will preserve lives and revolutionize the security industry is looking to hire a Deep Learning Engineer. The engineer will work on the design and implementation of real-time object tracking, classification, and reinforcement learning models for cloud and edge computing. The fast-growing startup is developing solutions used in everyday environments to detect and mitigate risks like mass shootings, armed robberies, and other violent activities. The selected candidate will join the team backed by visionary investors, entrepreneurs, operators, and many more, to build a better and safer future for all.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop algorithms that detect object motion and trajectories predictions 
  • Integrate accurate models for predicting depth, positioning, motion, etc.
  • Enhance models for low-latency on implanted devices
  • Formulate iterative training models in the cloud

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant industry experience as a software/deep learning engineer
  • Experience building, training, and deploying deep neural networks with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, TensorFlow Lite, Caffe, PyTorch, etc.
  • Proficiency with Python or C++, or preferably both
  • Profound software engineering foundation and expertise in writing clean, well-architected code
  • Extensive experience in image processing, OpenCV, or similar frameworks
  • Prolific skills in object detection, multi-object tracking, and segmentation
  • Proven track record working on high-efficiency deep networks for real-time embedded systems
  • Demonstrable skills in high-accuracy deep learning models in AWS and GCP
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of Linear Algebra and Projective Geometry
  • Data curation, annotation, and management experience
