Job description

A U.S.-based company developing software to address tough unsolved issues is looking for a Web Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for product design creation, improvement, and collaboration. The objective of the company is to empower brilliant individuals to change some aspects of the world via entrepreneurial vision and technological innovation. This position requires 4 hours of overlap with the EST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, well-designed, and effective online dashboards
  • Conceptualize, test, and deploy autonomously while being liable for functionality, responsiveness, security, and codebase quality
  • Create, improve, and collaborate on product design
  • Create and support a high-performance engineering culture

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • 4+ years of React experience and strong fundamentals in modern JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs
  • Knowledge of Typescript
  • Proven track record of launching products from ideation to production
  • Experience creating and working with multi-level dashboards and themeable, reusable components
  • Passion for building high-performing, user-friendly mobile and desktop experiences
  • Ability to deep dive into technical challenges and proffer solutions
  • Proficiency in English
