Job description

A fast-growing blockchain technology company building a decentralized application on the Ethereum blockchain is looking for a Web Front-End Developer. The selected candidate will be tasked with the ownership of the product and pushing features over the line. The company is determined to make a decentralized ecosystem sustainable and economically viable. This is a nice opportunity for developers to prove their mettle and work their way up the ranks. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Convert wireframes and designs into high-quality code
  • Create, maintain, and improve high-performance, reusable, and dependable code
  • Ensure the application's greatest potential performance, quality, and responsiveness by identifying and correcting bottlenecks and defects
  • Assist in the maintenance of code quality, organization, and automation
  • Maintain current knowledge of state-of-the-art innovations in your software field and share it with the rest of the team

  • Encourage coworkers (teaching, coaching, line managing, mentoring, reviewing, and improving code)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • 5+ years of experience in web technologies
  • Prolific experience working with JavaScript
  • Extensive knowledge of CSS, HTML, React, and Redux
  • Experience designing interactive front-end web apps is a plus.
  • Dedicated to creating a visually stunning and highly accessible experience
  • Enjoy direct collaboration with UX and Product experts
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect web applications to back-end services
  • Ability to comprehend and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Ability to keep projects on schedule by utilizing strong personal project management abilities, cooperation, and teamwork
  • Knowledge of code versioning systems, such as Git, is essential
  • Nice to have some experience with Docker and Kubernetes
