Job description

A U.S.-based company providing businesses with innovative data and a trusted perspective that can bring in superior results is looking for a Software Developer. The developer will be responsible for implementing different technologies to enhance the performance of the app. The company helps clients to convert information into smart action, reducing waste and inefficiency in campaigns and increasing returns and results. This will be a full-time position. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Transform complex requirements into clean, effective code
  • Control issues and commits on GitHub
  • Document the features and functionality created by the team
  • Investigate and fix problems that arise in the application

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Proficient with JavaScript, Kafka, and Node.js
  • Demonstrable experience working in a team development environment utilizing Github
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Express.js and MongoDB
  • Experience working with Apollo Server and REST
  • In-depth knowledge of APIs and libraries
  • Knowledgeable about the most recent trends, methods, technologies, and best practices in software development
  • Prior experience with Rust, MSSQL, Vue/Quasar, and GraphQL APIs is desirable
  • Nice to have some experience with Redis and Docker
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Basic understanding of the Linux command line
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
