Job description

A rapidly-growing company on a mission to build a world-class Internet of Workers (IoW) platform is looking for a Software Developer. The developer will be in charge of improving the quality of the solutions, reviewing other developers’ code, and proactively contributing to the platform. The company plans to empower the frontline workforce with the power of advanced technology and communication. This is an amazing opportunity for developers to experience rapid career growth while working on next-gen technologies. At least 6+ hours of overlap with the EST time zone is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

Articulate and convey the company’s vision and mission to potential investors, developers, customers, and other stakeholders
Provide structure, support, and lead a growing engineering team
Optimize the application for faster execution and solve scalability issues
Identify and troubleshoot bugs and other issues before release

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
Demonstrable experience working with Node.js, Angular, and React Native
Familiarity with MongoDB and Java
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Fluent in written and spoken English communication
