Job description

An emerging startup redefining possibilities for data-driven businesses is looking for a Software Developer. As a developer on the team, your role will focus mainly on the Cloud and work actively in Python, Bash, and Terraform. The company has built a world-class engineering team that deeply cares about data, the possibilities it presents, and the infrastructures that power it. This will be a full-time, long-term role requiring a time overlap with PST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primarily work in Python, Bash, and Terraform
  • Deploy code in Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform
  • Work with extensive Kubernetes clusters
  • Build monitoring and visualization tools with Prometheus and Grafana

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Fundamental understanding of Linux systems and command-line tools
  • Nice to have some experience in Python, Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS
  • Naturally curious and willing to take a step in learning something new
