Job description

The selected candidate will be in charge of improving and developing new, exciting features on the platform. The company is providing businesses with efficient direct marketing, brand strategy, and media mix modeling services. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who are eager to be within the agile and fast-paced work environment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of driving application quality and best practices
  • Audit existing B2C and B2B websites and make recommendations to improve site personalization
  • Help improve the conversion rate optimization and general site efficiency
  • Write clean and reusable code while applying best practices to problem-solving

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Prior experience with personalization products and advertising campaign management
  • Prolific experience working with React, AEM, Google Ad Planner, and A/B Testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
