Job description

A fast-growing company building a specialized platform that centralizes support requests across email, chat, and Slack channels is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The engineer will be working closely with the CTO to execute engineering tasks, build features, fix bugs, and scale the infrastructure. The company’s customer support software and operational tools helps businesses to support their customers over Slack. This is a great opportunity for developers who enjoy tackling multifaceted challenges in a calm and analytical manner. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CTO in the engineering tasks such as building features, fixing bugs and scaling the infrastructure 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team and shift priorities based on customer demands
  • Build robust, scalable features based on customers’ requests
  • Work across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Extensive experience in Typescript, React and AWS
  • Prolific experience in Node.js
  • Nice to have experience in DynamoDB and GraphQL
  • Prior experience in Bootstrap and Amazon Kinesis is a plus
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
