Job description

A US-based company that offers an exclusive lead management system designed to assist businesses in automating their sales processes and generating more leads is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The selected candidate will own the delivery of high-impact projects that affect real customers from start to completion. The company has successfully raised more than $25 mn in funding and enables property management companies to provide excellent customer service to clients. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on a wide range of product areas, from databases to user interfaces and everything in between
  • Own the delivery of high-impact projects that have real-world consequences, from start to finish, with no bureaucracy
  • Work as part of a small, highly productive team, reviewing code and assisting other engineers with problems
  • Perform deployments early and often and ship to production multiple times per day

 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and Typescript
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis is a strong plus
  • Solid front-end and back-end experience, with the ability to find solutions to lingering problems in a tech stack you’re unfamiliar with
  • Experience with Heroku for web hosting
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Proficiency in English
