Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is helping businesses to efficiently tackle growth marketing challenges is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The selected candidate will be identifying opportunities to delegate but must also be willing to get their hands dirty when necessary. The company is giving businesses the tools they need to find, train, and develop the top growth leaders they will need to scale their operations for long-term success. This role requires a significant overlap with the PST time zone.  



Job Responsibilities:

Identify areas for improvement, contribute to and promote the engineering culture

Contribute to the team's growth without sacrificing quality

Write well-designed, maintainable, and testable code

Understand the challenges and opportunities associated with working with large, real-time datasets



Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer

Prolific experience working with Next.js, Node.js, and React

Prior experience working with and helping scale high-functioning engineering teams

Excellent collaboration and leadership skills

Fluent in spoken and written English communication
