Senior Software Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the applications team to develop technical solutions and enhancements for B2B web commerce
• Troubleshoot and settle configuration and system issues
• Regularly perform functional regression testing for production releases
• Develop system solutions and configure them to enable a variety of use cases
• Respond to inquiries about system functionality and take appropriate action 
• Provide training and document system functionality
• Coordinate production releases and create detailed test cases
• Develop and implement ad-hoc deliverables and monitor the implementation of security patches

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a software developer 
• Extensive experience in PHP, Magento, and MySQL
• Nice to have experience in JavaScript, Web Services, Windows Scripting and .NET
•  Proven hands-on experience in PHP obtained in Magento
• Solid knowledge of databases such as MySQL
• Prior experience in Windows Scripting, Web Services, JavaScript, HTML, .NET preferred 
• Experience in detailed functional and system testing is nice to have 
• Solid understanding of e-commerce data organization and relationships
• Nice to have experience in authoring and extending Magento extensions
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Demonstrable experience with answering and resolving key user support questions and requests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
