Job description

A fast-emerging company that aims at bridging the gap between the old financial industry and the new financial ecosystem is looking for a Senior Software Architect. As part of the team, you will help build the platform and ecosystem to combine the financial sector into one efficient system and eliminate high fees. The company has developed a payment network that enables businesses to transact directly with consumers without high network and processing fees using the blockchain technology that allows for decentralized banking. This is a full-time opportunity that requires an overlap with the PST/EST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with other architects, engineers, PM, and a designer to build a brand new technology
Drive the software architecture of both internal tools and production code
Taking ownership of assigned projects for successful delivery and business outcomes
Creating high-level product specifications, design documents, and architectural blueprints

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software architect
In-depth experience in Angular and Python
Sound problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with some knowledge of the finance sector
