Senior Software Architect

A US-based company providing businesses with financial reporting and enterprise performance management software, is looking for a Senior Software Architect. The selected candidate will be responsible for the smooth planning and execution of the product team roadmaps. The company's next-gen technology assists finance teams and their firms to respond rapidly to changing business situations. The company has managed to raise funding worth more than $750 mn so far. This role requires 8+ hours overlap with the EST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select appropriate technologies and build architectural patterns for product capabilities 
• Collaborate with leading product development teams across numerous product lines
• Investigate areas of technical debt and devise methods to eliminate it
• Take ownership of the code regularly to assist with design, implementation, and troubleshooting in crucial areas
• Create designs that are simple to maintain and are clean, attractive, and reusable
• Ensure that the source code's architectural integrity is preserved and improved
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure that team coding standards are followed
• Mentor less-experienced engineers on technical matters

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software architect
• Prolific .NET, SQL, and API experience
• Experience with DevOps and Application Architecture
• Prior experience developing Business Analytics or Data Warehouse products
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
