Senior React Front-End Engineer

A fast-growing company that is developing a wide range of tools that enable creators to provide their audiences with engaging experiences while also launching premium content and captivating stories, is looking for a Senior React Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for providing experimentation and A/B tests while taking ownership of applications. The company offers entertainment and investment services for films and television programs that allow audiences to participate in the filmmaking process and make money from it. Job Responsibilities:

• Architect and design the platform while also providing mentorship to others
• Write documentation and create engineering processes
• Work as an individual contributor
• Help drive KPIs with the Product team
• Contribute to the unit tests and QA process
• Scale the engineering team and the existing systems so that they can handle tens of millions of users
• Work with product managers and designs
• Participate in regular code review sessions
• Take charge of the system monitoring and delegation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• Demonstrable experience working with React, Next.js, GraphQL, CI/CD, and Scrum
• Nice to have prior experience managing an engineering team
• Some familiarity working with Web3 is preferred
• Demonstrable experience contributing to open-source projects
• Possess a strong drive and desire for ongoing development
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in conversational and written English
