Job description

A US-based fintech startup that facilitates rapid and secure atomic swaps between Bitcoin and other digital assets is looking for a Senior React Engineer. The engineer will take full responsibility for the features and contribute to various software projects. The company's platform enables peer-to-peer atomic cross-chain transactions for traders and investors to transact efficiently in Bitcoins. It has raised over $12 mn in funding from leading investors. Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and implement the Native DeFi framework in React
  • Design, scope, and estimate complex front-end features and upgrades
  • Collaborate actively with cross-functional partners and a small team to develop features for the product
  • Identify and advocate for team improvements and adherence to best practices
  • Assume complete technical ownership of critical features

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a React engineer
  • Must have experience in JavaScript and Typescript
  • Solid experience in designing, scoping, and delivering complex features
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills
  • Ability to take ownership of code features from start to finish
  • Capable of writing clean, structured code and working independently 
  • Passionate about DeFi
