The selected candidate will be in charge of maintaining the roadmap, estimations, user stories, and overseeing the delivery of projects. Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the delivered software is of a high-quality
  • Help the team deploy, monitor, test, and continuously deliver new features and improvements
  • Develop solutions that are easy to manage, high-performing, dependable, secure, and cost-effective
  • Design, build, and deploy stable and scalable production software
  • Responsible for solving complex data processing problems
  • Optimize the platform for faster execution and solve scalability issues
  • Effectively collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 10+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • 10+ years of Java experience
  • Familiarity with Python and TypeScript is nice to have
  • Extensive Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and jOOQ experience
  • Prior experience with Unit and Integration test
  • Knowledge in relational DBs (MySQL, Oracle, Aurora) and SQL
  • Working knowledge of document DBs like MongoDB and DocumentDB
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, AWS, and Git
  • Experience with Messaging technologies like Kafka, JMS, and SNS/SQS
  • Knowledge and experience with Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins
  • Experience with managing applications on containers like Kubernetes
  • Prior experience with Lambda and serverless architecture
  • Good understanding of Scrum, Agile development, and DevOps
  • Solid understanding of JIRA, Confluence, DDD, BDD, TDD, and Design Patterns
