Job description

A US-based fintech company that is using revolutionary embedded payments technology to build next-gen technology, is looking for a Salesforce Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing end-to-end web architecture. The company's world-class technology helps businesses to increase revenue by facilitating payments while maintaining brand integrity. The company has managed to raise more than $70mn during their Series A round of funding. This role requires a significant overlap with the AEST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, improve, and maintain customer-facing and internal customized Salesforce solutions that are intuitive, simple to use, and customizable
  • Support critical business functions while meeting project objectives, business requirements, and corporate objectives
  • Manage the daily maintenance and support of the internal Salesforce instance in collaboration with the Salesforce Administrator
  • Long-term improvement operations should be carried out to ensure compatibility with changing requirements
  • Interact with key business stakeholders as well as other IT developers to create a unified platform
  • Facilitate proper interaction and cooperation throughout all development, testing, and deployment phases

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles is required
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, workflow design, controllers, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, VisualForce, Appexchange, and custom objects is required
  • Ability to build on custom code as well as debug/troubleshoot issues
  • Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation of Solution, Information, Technical, and Application Architecture-based solutions is required
  • HTML and JavaScript web development skills are nice to have
  • Knowledge of integration methodologies and architectures is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
