Job description

A world-class university offering an integrated, innovative curriculum designed to be experiential and transformative, is looking for a Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will be in charge of building custom lighting components and handling related Salesforce administration tasks such as creating objects, fields, sharing rules, etc. The institution's curriculum enables students to integrate their passion with their vocation in service to a greater community. Job Responsibilities:

  • Build custom lighting components and handle related Salesforce administration
  • Comfortable with understanding complex requirements
  • Debug issues and ensure that organizational best practices are followed
  • Develop and executing QA, testing, documentation, and debugging of applications
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot bugs, and fix them as and when required
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce platform

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce developer
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience in Aura components, Apex, Lightning Design Systems, and VisualForce
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrating with payment processing systems
  • Expertise in core front-end web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience in converting business needs into Salesforce applications
