Job description

One of the world’s leading food and beverage companies is looking for React Native Engineers. The selected candidates will help solve delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the engineering initiatives. The company has built a product portfolio that includes 22 world-famous, billion-dollar brands and operates in over 200 countries and territories worldwide. Job Responsibilities:

  • Sustain the vision and guide a team of engineers to develop and manage the digital products and solutions 
  • Partner with the User Experience, Product Management, IT, Data & Analytics, Emerging Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering teams to deliver the digital Products portfolio
  • Support the software development strategy and utilize industry standards 
  • Develop the roadmap and its implementation based on business requirements and strategy
  • Support expanding capabilities through a customer-obsessed, services-driven digital solutions platform that leverages data and AI to deliver automated and personalized experiences
  • Collaborate with key business partners and offer ideal solutions to meet the strategic business requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-8+ years of relevant software development and engineering management experience in React Native
  • 3-8+ years of experience in architecting fault-tolerant, high scale distributed systems
  • Extensive expertise in data structures, algorithms, and object oriented design
  • Proficiency in Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and cloud-specific PaaS and/or SaaS solutions
  • Understanding high throughput cloud-native distributed systems
  • Have firm attention to detail and reasonable organizational skills
  • Ability to work in sync with product, service design, and operations across the organization
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to Engineering services, education, and support
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate through a complex and matrixed internal environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
