Job description

A well-capitalized startup that is building a habits app that guarantees behavior change, is looking for a Full-stack Engineer. The engineer will be reporting directly to the CTO and will drive rapid development of application features and new products. The company’s application is an all-in-one organizational system consisting of an intelligent calendar, a performance coach, and a habit tracker to provide daily reminders for habits and goals. The company is backed by major investors like Y Combinator. This is an exciting role that offers uncapped opportunities to grow professionally.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead UI/UX development processes for featured React Native mobile app
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive the development of application features and new products. 
  • Write clean and efficient codes for mobile and web apps in React Native, React.js, and Node.js
  • Deploy layouts in React based on the wireframes
  • Integrate style components based on mockups with meticulous attention
  • Provide regular updates to the CTO
  • Contribute to designing of database models
  • Develop and launch new features in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Proficient with React Native, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience working with UI/UX development and designing database models
  • Must possess an in-depth knowledge of large systems, complex code bases, and version control systems such as Git
  • Must be able to stay productive without supervision 
  • Should be able to communicate fluently in English
