The developer will be working closely with design and product team to develop beautiful user interfaces. Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to work on company’s React Native based mobile application
Work with the back-end to design well-tested and performant APIs
Create delighting customer experiences while building network effects and virality into company’s products
Drive engineering and operational excellence across the company
Contribute to solving complex challenges on the mobile application
Improve UX by building interfaces that are simple, high performant, and reliable using modern tools such as React, React Native, TypeScript, and Jest
Define and maintain web application architecture, code, test, and release standards, and evangelize these to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with product, design and engineering team to define, build and architect new customer-facing features using native and React Native tools
Coordinate with teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure
Actively contribute to architecting the most complex parts of your team's flagship mobile application

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
Solid team player mindset
Ability to create new and useful ideas, challenge assumptions and suggest better approaches to bottlenecks
Solid understanding of both technology and business to know the right tradeoffs to make
Aptitude to learn new technologies and trends
Willingness to take extreme ownership over your work
A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience working with React Native
Demonstrable experience working with a heavily data-oriented application with a large customer base
Hands-on experience developing high-level and low-level mobile app software designs and written testable code
Extensive experience with scale and performance of mobile applications
Prior experience working with various testing patterns
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical requirements
Fluent in conversational and written English
